A simple recognition for Paul Robinson.
Although that we lost last Saturday against England in a very bad game for both teams, it is worth to mention the gesture of England’s goalkeeper Paul Robinson, who after learn the bad injury that the Paraguayan goalkeeper Justo Villar suffered, send him his gloves as a support gesture. This action was really praised by the Paraguayan goalkeeper and the entire national team.
Is comforting seeing this kind of action of a true gentleman, and it resumes the spirit of the World Cup and Fair Play.
Justo Villar was substituted after 8 minutes of the match and this injury forced him out of the World Cup

thank you for passing that along. I was really sad for that poor guy – 5 minutes during which he gets scored on by his main defender and then gets injured and out of the cup – I really felt for him. let’s hope both paraguay and england have gotten their bad game out of their system and can start to play better

This guy has a lot more class than Chilavert. Why doesn’t he just shut up. I read that he badmouthed the team and said they were losers. That commentary is real helpful from a national hero. He should go root for Argentina. He clearly is not behind his countrymen.
