Pajaro Campana, also known as Bell Bird in English or Passaro Ferreiro (blacksmith bird) by Brazilians, is endemic to the high treetops of the Atlantic Forest, one of the most endangered ecosystems. The song of this bird is reminiscent of a hammer on a steel anvil. To many of us, he represents our hope for an environmentally sustainable future.
