		<description>Paraguay is definitely better than No. 33. The FIFA rankings a very flawed. They seem to be based on numbers alone and don&#039;t take into account the relative strength of the groups. The U.S.A. and Mexico tend to dominate weak competition -- Costa Rica being the exception -- and that pushes their ranking unnaturally high. Paraguay, which has to face not only Brazil and Argentina, but other strong teams such as Ecuador, Uruguay, etc., on a regular basis, ends up dropping further than they should. I think that Paraguay has an excellent chance of advancing and is even capable of upsetting England and winning the group. As you said, it should be fun.</description>
