Paraguay Looks Average Against Wales

Paraguay put on a thoroughly unimpressive display of football tonight in a 0-0 draw against Wales. Here is a game report. For those who think Paraguay might be dangerous this summer, I have to say that the team is average at best and will need to improve greatly to be a threat to Sweden and England in Group B.
