Following Paraguay’s 0-0 draw against Wales on Wednesday, its opponents and future opponents had some nice praise for the South American team.
Said Sweden scout Goran Goransson: “Their players are technically strong, they can play the short game and they can also attack with long passes. Their defence is pretty good and they are well organised.”
“They don’t have any slouches,” John Toshack, the Wales manager, said.
What do you think about Paraguay’s chances this summer? Will they emerge from their group or will they be sent packing by Sweden, England and Trinidad and Tobago?

I believe that Paraguay is this World Cup has 2 options: play their classic strong defense game or dare to play an offensive game. I hope that our coach give the order to play like they did in Asuncion against Argentina. This crappy “result technique” doesn’t give you the chance to enter in history.
