The only way is to win this game.
That is what Coach Ruiz said in his last meeting with the press. He also affirmed that Paraguay had troubles getting into the last game in the first 15 minutes, time when England scored its only goal (it really was a own goal). About that unlucky play he mentioned that this goal really ruined the Paraguayan team.
Although that Coach Ruiz is saying to everyone that wants to hear him that this time Paraguay will be more offensive, he only made forced changes and mantained the basic structure of the last game.
About the variants that Paraguay could use during the game, he mentioned that the two players that will be on call to the game will be Nelson Cuevas and Julio Dos Santos, if the team needs more fire-power, so knowing the coach this means in my opinion that he will wait until Sweden scores a goal or until the final 10 minutes to make some substitutions.

In all reality, a tie is not so bad for Paraguay. Assuming they can beat T&T, 4 points is probably enough to get out of the group.
The only problem is if England wins, they will have alredy clinched the group and might not play all their starters, but I still think they hate the Swedes enough to try to beat them and knock them out.
