The World Cup’s journey started today…

The Paraguayan National Football Team today had started their travel to the “old continent”. The team is going to Flachau, Austria where they going to begin the full preparation to the Germany 2006 World Cup. In Austria, Paraguay will play friendly games against Norway, Denmark and Georgia.

Because only 20 of the 23 players flight from Paraguay, the first full practice will be held in Austria, and may be we can see how Paraguay is going to play tactically in the World Cup the next May, 24 when the first friendly match again Norway.

Finally, the team said goodbye to their fans with the promise that this will be a better World Cup than the previous ones.

What is the status of Roque’s knee?

Roque knee’s still isn’t in full recovery, but the team’s medics said that he will be in perfect conditions for the game against England.

He probably will play at least half of the game.
